I wish that all the crises of the current days pass all the ILC practitioners and instructors by, not affecting any aspect of their lives. So that we all have all that is required – health, good mood, time, etc. to master the ILC art.

It's like if I go to the mall in high heels. I think that I would get quite a bit of attention. =-D
I'm sure she means 'how to improve concentration/awareness'
