ankle stretches
Hi all,
I'm not all that flexible, but I'm working on it. Currently in order to ensure that the weight passes through the the center of each hip when pulling/being pulled I sometimes have to raise the back ankle. I talked to Sifu about it and he said it's fine to do that, but I would like to develop better flexibility in the ankles so I don't need to. Anyone have any advice on ankle stretches? I've been doing some lunge variations mostly to stretch out the ankles, and I'm fine with keeping going with that, just figured I'd see if anyone else has any advice. Thanks, Ben |
