I actually wrongly paste the info for clip 2 into clip 1, had send out comment
just now to make correction.
At 43, with >8 mth doing ILC, I'm just a junior. Actually in the 1st 6mth I did scratching my head and very confuse as I training ILC with Kyokushin way in mind.
Luckily, I manage to change and evolved since <2 mth back and enjoying internal happiness in every moment. ( I think I now understand how ILC application works and drilling into it to want more )
