but i'm curious, in the first clip it says "Free hand sparring session btw kyokushin Vs Akikai-Ka" but they're doing i liq chuan spinning hands? can you explain what you mean by that?

also, i would title the clip "spinning hands" since "sparring" in english means more like "san da" 散打 or "san shou" 散手
