i liked that you listed the syllabus. i think i might do that. i'm going to be making some changes to mine soon as well.
my suggestion is to integrate your youtube page and photobucket (or flikr or whichever) with your site. and to start customizing your site as you have time. right now you can definitely tell it's basically a "factory model".
try and give people a reason to come back to your site often.
my site is pretty ambitious and i've been working on it for a few years now.
i don't know if you've ever checked out
my blog, but that's one way to keep people coming back. you seem to be into qigong and energy healing methods, so i would think blogging about that would be interesting. i know i'd be checking it out.
