In advance of their return to Russia, I just wanted to send out another "thank you" to Alex, Metakor, and Dasha.

All of you were totally awesome people! I enjoyed all of our time training so much and I'm looking forward to the next time I can train with you again.

I especially appreciate all the extra attention Alex gave me over the long weekend, helping me to refine my understanding of engaging the mass, understanding the 13 points and improving my striking mechanics.

I'll be continuing to work with the complexes he showed me and when I feel like I've improved some, I'll post up a clip to see how I look.

I also appreciate Dasha and Metakor's help in improving my spinning hands as well, and for sharing so many pictures of the Russia group and explaining testing practices in Russia and much, much more.
