yeah, my main goal was actually just to use the ball to see if i could maintain horizontal, the idea being, that if i could maintain a perfect horizontal, the ball wouldn't roll anywhere.
as you can see... i failed.
i'm not sure how much of this is really useful, since at a certain point, any ability to flow like this won't carry over to your sticky hand and you'll just keep getting better at "contact juggling", but i think 15 min or so a couple times a week can help keep you loose and sharp in between workouts with a partner.
