A great link, I've never heard of, let alone seen Liq Hok before. It's pretty impressive.

You're welcome. 'Liq Hok' is basically the science of using of strength and issuing power. According to Sifu Jimmy Heow, and when you push your opponent, issuing power and exerting strength could be long, short, sudden, etc. I'm very pleased to have touch hands with him. :D
